Mental health issues: in higher education

If you are thinking about attending a higher education college or university, having a mental health condition should not stop you from doing so. Higher education colleges and universities all have disability support staff to help ensure your education is on par with your non-disabled peers.

To find out more about disability and higher education, please visit the Students with disabilities section of The Universities and Colleges Admissions Service (UCAS) website.

For some great guidance on choosing what to study, finding the right college or university and thriving whilst you're there, please visit the Studying and Mental Illness section of the Rethink website.
